Phenolic foam board——a foam insulation material superior to eps/XPS, offering better thermal insulation and safer fire resistance！ Phenolic foam insulation is a thermosetting material produced through technical modification using phenolic resin—which possesses inherent fire resistance and high-temperature durability—as the main raw material. It does not propagate flames nor release toxic gases during combustion.
Its fire resistance is superior to that of conventional XPS and EPS, while its thermal conductivity is approximately 0.023 W/(m·K), significantly lower than that of XPS and EPS, resulting in better insulation performance. It is an outstanding material for both building insulation and fire protection.
