1. What is the fire performance of the product?

Our XPS insulation boards are classified as B1 or B2 according to international standards, depending on formulation and density.
●B1: Flame-retardant material with limited flame spread and self-extinguishing behavior after removal of the ignition source.
●B2: Normally flammable material, commonly used in building insulation where additional fire protection systems are applied. Fire performance is tested under controlled laboratory conditions. The final fire safety of a building depends on system design, installation method, and protective layers (e.g. concrete, plaster, or fire-resistant facings).

2. What is the R-value of the board?

The R-value ranges from 0.86 to 5.39 m²·K/W, depending on panel thickness (30–140 mm).

3. What are the packaging options?

Each product is supplied in standard polyester bag packaging to ensure protection during handling and transport. Customized packaging solutions, such as pallet or carton packing, are available upon request.

4. Can XPS boards have a laminated surface?

es. Optional laminated finishes are available upon request to enhance surface durability and protect against handling or environmental wear. For example, laminated surfaces are commonly used on boards installed under mortar layers or in areas exposed to moisture.

5. What is the lead time?

Production and delivery to departure port usually take place within 2 weeks after order confirmation. Expedited orders can be arranged.

6. Are samples available?

Yes, we provide free samples. Customers are typically only responsible for the shipping fees.

6. What's the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

The standard MOQ is 100 pieces. Smaller orders can be considered on a case-by-case basis, but shipping costs per unit may be higher. For cost efficiency, we generally recommend larger order quantities.
