Myreal Rock Wool is primarily made from high-quality basalt and dolomite. After being melted at high temperatures, it is fiberized using internationally advanced four-axis centrifuges for high-speed spinning. During this process, binders, dust suppressants, and water repellents are injected. The fibers are collected by a fiber collection machine and formed using the pendulum method and three-dimensional layering technology. The material is then cured and cut into products of various specifications and applications.

Thanks to its excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption properties, rock wool is widely used in construction, industrial settings, and shipbuilding.

To suit different application scenarios, Myreal rock wool offers products in the form of boards, pipes, and blankets. It can also be customized to produce multifunctional materials such as sandwich panels and integrated insulation-decorative panels.

Myreal rock wool is a Class A fire-resistant material. Conventional products have a density ranging from 48 to 150 kg/m³, a melting temperature exceeding 1,000°C, and an average fiber diameter of ≤6 μm. It provides excellent thermal insulation, high-temperature resistance, and does not emit harmful gases or produce molten droplets in the event of a fire.

Due to its advanced manufacturing process, the fibers are distributed in a three-dimensional structure, giving the material outstanding compression resistance and notable sound absorption capabilities. It is an ideal thermal insulation material for interior and exterior walls, roofs, chemical equipment, pipeline,and more.
