In October 2018, Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. successfully won 1,297.32 acres of industrial land in the Q01-05 plot of Shanghai Lingang Equipment Industry Zone. From the start of construction on February 27, 2019 to the official power-on and commissioning of the production line on October 15, 2019, the construction of the Shanghai Super Factory took only 10 months.

As the key insulation products for ventilation ducts and hot and cold water pipes in the Super Factory - rubber foam insulation boards and rubber foam insulation pipes, Armacell rubber foam were designated as high-end brands by the owner Tesla and have been widely used. In the first phase of the project, Baosteel Group, Shanghai Construction Engineering and China Construction Installation Group, and in the second phase of the project, Baosteel Group and China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau used a total of about 5,000m³ of Armacell rubber foam. As the authorized agent of Armacell in this project, Shanghai Myreal Energy Saving Co., Ltd., like Armacell, attaches great importance to the supply of goods for this project. While ensuring product quality, we must ensure the timely supply of products. Our practice is to communicate with the project department in advance about the specifications and quantity of the products to be used, prepare the goods in advance and wait for the instructions of the project department. After the project is officially ordered, it is generally delivered to the project site within two days. We are well aware that errors or delays in every link of the project will lead to the disorder of multiple procedures and the delay of the project.
In this project, Shanghai Myreal Energy Saving Co., Ltd. provided more than 30 specifications of Armacell rubber-plastic pipes and up to 8 thicknesses of Armacell rubber foam sheets, especially 40 and 50 thickness rubber foam insulation boards, which saved a lot of time for the rapid advancement of the project, and also ensured more stable and efficient insulation performance.
