Glazed Foam Ceramic Board Structure Introduction
The structure of glazed foamed ceramic panels mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Insulation layer: The base layer of glazed foamed ceramic panels is mainly made of natural minerals such as perlite, bentonite, zeolite, etc. through complex processes such as grinding, granulation, screening, pressing, and natural gas high-temperature roasting. This base material has a honeycomb three-dimensional porous structure, forming a closed-cell pure inorganic prefabricated board with excellent thermal insulation and fireproof properties
2. Transition layer: Located on the base layer, with a thickness of between 2.0 and 4.0 mm, it plays a role in connecting the base layer and the glaze layer to ensure the stability and durability of the overall structure
3. Glazed layer: Located on the outermost layer, with a thickness of between 0.5 and 2.0 mm, it is sintered at high temperature and has excellent waterproof and weather resistance. The glaze and the insulation layer are fused without an interface at high temperature, forming a seamless whole, which is not only beautiful, but also enhances the overall strength and durability of the material
