Low Thermal Conductivity Multiple Product Forms Wide Industrial Ceramic Fiber Paper
This low thermal conductivity ceramic fiber paper is a thin, flexible sheet made from high-purity ceramic fiber. Its fine, uniform structure gives a low thermal conductivity in a very thin section, so it works as a gasket, a parting layer and a light thermal barrier where a clean, even thickness is required. The paper is inorganic and A1 non-combustible and is supplied in multiple product forms and widths to suit the job.
Paper is easy to handle and cuts cleanly with scissors or a die to any gasket, strip or sheet shape, making it a favourite for gaskets and parting layers, back-up insulation and release sheets in metal casting and moulding. It is used widely across many industries for its clean, low-dust surface and its reliable insulating and release performance. Tell us your thickness, width and application and we will quote the right grade.

Supply and Service
All our ceramic fiber products are manufactured from high-purity ceramic fiber and are supplied rolled, boxed or packed on pallets for easy handling, transport and storage; they should be stored indoors or under a waterproof covering. Every batch is checked for density, thermal conductivity and dimensional accuracy before dispatch. Our products are also available in additional densities, thicknesses, widths and facings, including aluminium foil facing for blankets, so please tell us your working temperature, atmosphere and fixing method and we will match the specification to your line. Samples and test reports are available on request for approval before ordering. If you would like a full technical data sheet, a free sample, the applicable test report or a project quotation, our engineering team is ready to help you select the right grade, thickness and finish for your furnace, kiln, boiler or high-temperature line. Tell us your working temperature and application and we will recommend the most cost-effective solution.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is ceramic fiber paper used for?
