Fireproof Granite Pattern Ceramic Cladding Panel for Exterior Facade
Facade fire performance is now a specification item, not a footnote: insurers, building control and developers all ask what happens to the elevation in a fire. This fireproof granite pattern ceramic cladding panel answers that question with an inorganic ceramic body sintered at 1200°C, rated Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624, while still delivering a granite pattern that reads like natural stone on the finished wall.
The granite pattern is not a film. Mineral pigments are applied on the green body and fired together with the ceramic mass, so the pattern sits 0.3–0.5 mm below the sintered skin and survives cutting, drilling and weathering. The board is made from more than 80% industrial solid waste such as perlite tailings and mineral powder, weighs about 20 kg/m² at 18 mm, and holds 0.062 W/(m·K) thermal conductivity, so the same element gives decoration, insulation and fire separation in one layer.
Core Advantages
- Class A1 Fire Performance: This fireproof granite pattern ceramic cladding panel is non-combustible from surface to core to GB 8624, with no dripping, no heavy smoke and no toxic gas release, which suits compartment walls and escape route linings.
- Fired-in Granite Pattern: The stone grain is generated in the body at 1200°C, so it does not peel, chalk or fade like a printed surface.
- Low Dead Load: About 20 kg/m² at 18 mm, roughly one quarter of a granite slab, which keeps anchors, keel steel and crane time down.
- Stable Colour Lot to Lot: A fixed pigment recipe and firing curve hold the granite pattern inside the approved tolerance on repeat orders.
- Weather and Pollution Resistance: Closed cells and a sintered skin resist water penetration, 25 freeze-thaw cycles and urban staining; cleaning needs water, not chemical stone restorers.
- Low Environmental Load: Over 80% industrial solid waste, formaldehyde-free, zero harmful emissions during sintering.
- Workable on Site: Cut, grooved and drilled with standard stone tooling, so corners, window returns and retrofit details stay simple.

Application
- Fire compartment walls and escape route linings that require Class A1 material
- Exterior facade cladding on offices, schools, hospitals and residential towers
- Curtain wall spandrel and column cladding where stone weight is limited
- High-rise retrofit where the existing structure cannot carry a new stone skin
- Interior feature walls, lift lobbies and corridor linings in public buildings
- Tunnel portals, metro entrances and other high-humidity public structures
Installation & Fixing
Above 10 m we recommend a ventilated dry-hanging system: aluminium or zinc-coated steel keel anchored to the structural wall, stainless back-groove anchors, and a 15–20 mm open joint with PE backer rod and silicone sealant. Use fire-stop collars and mineral wool packing where the cavity crosses a compartment line, and keep the joint width consistent so the granite pattern reads as a single plane. For low-rise work an adhesive-plus-anchor method is acceptable when the substrate is flat and wind load has been verified. Send your facade drawings and we will return a fixing layout, board schedule and anchor positions before production.
Packing
The fireproof granite pattern ceramic cladding panel is supplied on plywood pallets with PE film, corner protection and edge guards, about 1.2 tons per pallet, loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face. Special sizes, corner pieces and window returns can be produced to drawing.
FAQ
A: Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624, tested on the finished product rather than the raw material, with no dripping and no toxic smoke in the furnace test.
A: Yes. Send a stone sample or a high-resolution photo with your required size and we will produce a colour-matched granite pattern sample board for approval before the bulk order.
A: No. The pigment is fired into the body at 1200°C below the sintered skin, so UV exposure and rain do not reach it as they would a printed or coated surface.
A: About 20 kg/m² at 18 mm against 70–80 kg/m² for a 30 mm granite slab, so anchors, keel steel and lifting equipment can be reduced.
A: 2000 m² per order and 2–3 weeks after deposit and pattern approval; partial shipments can be arranged for phased sites.
A: Each batch is tested to GB/T 5486 and GB 8624, compared with the approved colour sample under daylight, and photographed pallet by pallet before loading.
Share your facade area, storey height and target granite pattern with our technical team, and we will send a board schedule, fixing proposal and quotation for the fireproof granite pattern ceramic cladding panel within two working days.
