Furnace Lining Insulation Efficient High-Temperature Ceramic Fiber Module
This furnace lining ceramic fiber module delivers efficient high-temperature insulation in a fast, modular form. Each module is folded and pre-compressed from high-purity ceramic fiber, so it locks together with its neighbours into a joint-free, uniform lining that keeps heat in the furnace and resists shrinkage at high temperature. The fiber is inorganic and A1 non-combustible, and the module design lets the lining expand and contract without opening gaps.
Because the modules stack and anchor quickly, a large furnace wall or roof can be lined in much less time than a brick or blanket system, which shortens downtime and cuts labour cost. The result is an efficient, even and durable lining for furnaces, kilns and heaters, with low heat loss and reliable performance across the whole hot face. Tell us your furnace duties and we will size the module system for you.

Supply and Service
All our ceramic fiber products are manufactured from high-purity ceramic fiber and are supplied rolled, boxed or packed on pallets for easy handling, transport and storage; they should be stored indoors or under a waterproof covering. Every batch is checked for density, thermal conductivity and dimensional accuracy before dispatch. Our products are also available in additional densities, thicknesses, widths and facings, including aluminium foil facing for blankets, so please tell us your working temperature, atmosphere and fixing method and we will match the specification to your line. Samples and test reports are available on request for approval before ordering. If you would like a full technical data sheet, a free sample, the applicable test report or a project quotation, our engineering team is ready to help you select the right grade, thickness and finish for your furnace, kiln, boiler or high-temperature line. Tell us your working temperature and application and we will recommend the most cost-effective solution.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why use modules instead of a blanket?
A: Modules stack together quickly and hold their own anchors, so a large furnace wall can be lined fast with an even, uniform insulating layer.
Q: Are anchors included?
A: Yes. Modules are designed to work with standard anchors to lock the lining firmly to the shell.
Q: What about expansion?
A: The folded modules allow the lining to expand and contract with temperature, which avoids gaps and cracks.
