Large format glazed ceramic insulation panel, 1200×900 mm, 10 kg/m² at 40 mm, marble-look stone grain, Class A1, for fast facade installation.
Large format panels reduce the number of joints on an elevation, and fewer joints mean fewer leak paths and a faster programme. This 1200×900 mm marble-look ceramic facade board covers 1.08 m² per piece at about 10 kg/m², so a two-person team can set a large area without a crane.
The stone grain is fired into the 40 mm body at 1200°C, giving a surface that resists UV, frost and urban pollution. Panel edges are square cut with a ±1 mm tolerance, which allows a tight 8–10 mm open joint and a clean, flat elevation.
- Class A1 Fire Performance: This large format glazed ceramic insulation panel is non-combustible from surface to core to GB 8624, with no dripping, no heavy smoke and no toxic gas release, which suits large format exterior facades and feature elevations.
- Fired-in Marble Pattern: The large format marble grain is generated in the body at 1200°C, so it does not peel, chalk or fade like a printed or coated surface.
- Low Dead Load: About 10 kg/m² at 40 mm, roughly one quarter of a 30 mm marble slab, which keeps anchors, keel steel and crane time down.
- Stable Colour Lot to Lot: A fixed pigment recipe and firing curve hold the large format marble grain inside the approved tolerance on repeat orders.
- Weather and Pollution Resistance: Closed cells and a sintered skin resist water penetration, 25 freeze-thaw cycles and urban staining; cleaning needs water, not chemical stone restorers.
- Fewer Joints per Square Metre: A 1200×900 mm module covers 1.08 m², cutting joint length and sealant consumption by roughly a third against 600×600 mm panels.

Fix on vertical aluminium rails with stainless back-groove anchors and a 10 mm open joint. Set out from the building centreline so cut panels land at corners and concealed returns.
The large format glazed ceramic insulation panel is supplied on plywood pallets with PE film, corner protection and edge guards, about 1.2 tons per pallet, loaded into 20 ft or 40 ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face. Special sizes, corner pieces and window returns can be produced to drawing.
Yes. 1200×900 mm is standard; 1200×1200 mm and 1600×800 mm are produced to order with a minimum run.
Flatness is controlled to 1 mm over the panel face, which supports an 8–10 mm open joint on a ventilated facade.
A 20 ft container holds about 500 m² on pallets; exact loading depends on thickness and packing configuration.
