Impact Resistant Glazed Ceramic Insulation Panel 25mm Corridor Cladding
In short: Impact resistant glazed ceramic insulation panel, 25 mm, high strength body for corridors, stairwells and public circulation areas.
Corridor walls take trolley, bed and luggage impact every day, and a decorative finish that chips in the first year becomes a maintenance line item. This impact resistant marble look ceramic glazed ceramic insulation panel uses a high strength 25 mm body with a reinforced back, tested against soft and hard body impact for public circulation areas.
The surface is a fired-in marble vein that does not delaminate, and damaged panels can be replaced individually because the system uses removable clips rather than adhesive only. In hospitals and schools that means repairs happen without closing the corridor.
Core Advantages
- Class A1 Fire Performance: This impact resistant glazed ceramic insulation panel 25mm corridor cladding is non-combustible from surface to core to GB 8624, with no dripping, no heavy smoke and no toxic gas release, which suits corridors, stairwells and public circulation areas with trolley impact.
- Fired-in Marble Pattern: The durable marble vein is generated in the body at 1200C, so it does not peel, chalk or fade like a printed or coated surface.
- Low Dead Load: About 6.5 kg/m2 at 25 mm, roughly one quarter of a 30 mm marble slab, which keeps anchors, keel steel and crane time down.
- Stable Colour Lot to Lot: A fixed pigment recipe and firing curve hold the durable marble vein inside the approved tolerance on repeat orders.
- Weather and Pollution Resistance: Closed cells and a sintered skin resist water penetration, 25 freeze-thaw cycles and urban staining; cleaning needs water, not chemical stone restorers.
- Individual Panel Replacement: Removable clip fixing allows a single damaged panel to be swapped without removing the adjacent lining or closing the corridor.

Application
- Hospital corridor and ward walls
- School corridor and stairwell linings
- Airport and metro circulation walls
- Shopping mall service corridors
- Hotel back of house corridors
Installation & Fixing
Install on a steel or aluminium rail system with removable clips and a 5 mm joint. Where walls are subject to heavy trolley traffic, add a 150 mm impact resistant skirting course in the same finish.
Packing
The impact resistant glazed ceramic insulation panel 25mm corridor cladding is supplied on plywood pallets with PE film, corner protection and edge guards, about 1.2 tons per pallet, loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face. Special sizes, corner pieces and window returns can be produced to drawing.
FAQ
Q: What impact test does it pass?
A: Soft body and hard body impact tests to ISO 7892 with no penetration or through cracking at the specified energy.
Q: Can a single panel be replaced?
A: Yes. The clip system allows one panel to be released and replaced without disturbing its neighbours.
Q: Is it suitable for operating theatres?
A: For clinical areas we supply an anti bacterial sealed joint detail and a smooth cleanable surface specification.
Share your project area, storey height and target marble reference with our technical team, and we will send a panel schedule, fixing proposal and quotation for the impact resistant glazed ceramic insulation panel 25mm corridor cladding within two working days.
