In short: Customized glazed ceramic insulation panel with bespoke shape, colour and surface, 30–50 mm thick, Class A1 non-combustible, produced to your shop drawings.
Some elevations cannot be built from a catalogue module: the architect wants a 37 mm fin, a 200 mm radius corner, a specific grey, and a honed surface on one face only. This customized marble-pattern ceramic facade panel service starts from your shop drawings and returns a production-ready panel with a matching sample board.
Because the body is formed and sintered in house, shape, thickness from 30 to 50 mm, colour and surface finish are set before firing rather than cut from a standard slab. We return a panel schedule with weights, anchor positions and joint widths so the facade contractor can price and program the work.
- Class A1 Fire Performance: This customized glazed ceramic insulation panel is non-combustible from surface to core to GB 8624, with no dripping, no heavy smoke and no toxic gas release — ideal for bespoke facades with non-standard shapes, colours and surface finishes.
- Fired-in Marble Pattern: The bespoke marble colour match is generated in the body at 1200 °C, so it does not peel, chalk or fade like a printed or coated surface.
- Low Dead Load: About 10 kg/m² at 40 mm — roughly one quarter of a 30 mm marble slab — which keeps anchors, keel steel and crane time down.
- Stable Colour Lot to Lot: A fixed pigment recipe and firing curve hold the bespoke marble colour match inside the approved tolerance on repeat orders.
- Weather and Pollution Resistance: Closed cells and a sintered skin resist water penetration, 25 freeze-thaw cycles and urban staining; cleaning needs water, not chemical stone restorers.
- Sample Board Before Production: A colour- and surface-matched sample board is approved before the mould and firing curve are locked for the production run.

Anchors are set out per piece on the shop drawings; radius and fin pieces use machined aluminium shoes bonded to the panel back. We issue a lifting and sequencing plan together with the panel schedule.
The customized glazed ceramic insulation panel is supplied on plywood pallets with PE film, corner protection and edge guards — about 1.2 tons per pallet — loaded into 20 ft or 40 ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face. Special sizes, corner pieces and window returns can be produced to drawing.
A: DXF or DWG shop drawings, a colour reference such as RAL or a stone sample, and the required surface finish and thickness range.
A: Typically 300 m² per shape family, depending on complexity; prototypes can be produced earlier for approval.
A: A colour and surface sample board is normally ready in 10–15 working days, with production 3–4 weeks after approval.
Share your project area, storey height and target marble reference with our technical team, and we will send a panel schedule, fixing proposal and quotation for the customized glazed ceramic insulation panel within two working days.
