45mm Custom Radius Curved Ceramic Insulation Panel for Lift Lobby Column Cladding and Curved Glazed Ceramic Panel Applications

Wrapping a column in stone means a stone mason, a wet saw and a lot of waste. This curved marble-look ceramic column cladding is formed to the measured radius in the mould, so a 45 mm panel arrives as a quarter or half shell that fits the column and carries a continuous vein around the curve.

Each shell is produced to the surveyed diameter with a plus or minus 2 mm tolerance on radius, and the vertical joint is set behind a shadow gap or a stainless reveal. The Class A1 body and fired-in pattern keep the lobby detail consistent from the first column to the twentieth.

Shells are bonded to a galvanised steel collar with structural adhesive and concealed mechanical clips, then the vertical joint is closed with a shadow gap or stainless reveal.

Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face. Special sizes, corner pieces and window returns can be produced to drawing.
