Initially, the customer purchased
rock wool boards because they were unclear about their needs. However, during actual installation, they discovered that rock wool boards were not suitable for pipe insulation. Because rock wool boards lack flexibility, they would break if bent.
After understanding the specific situation, we immediately explained the reasons to the customer and recommended rock wool blanket. Rock wool blanket has excellent softness and can be wrapped around the tank. We also sent a video of rock wool blanket to the customer for reference.
Based on our professional knowledge and past project experience, we recommended a suitable density and thickness to our client, and the client accepted our recommendation.
