Product Description
MYREAL removable insulation covers are made as a box or jacket shaped to the outline of the valve, flange or steam trap. A calcium silicate board insert sits inside a fabric or metal outer jacket and the cover closes with quick release lacing and straps, so the part stays insulated and still opens for maintenance in under a minute. Each cover is made to the equipment drawing as a single jacket or a matched pair. The rigid insert keeps the insulation thickness in place when the cover is removed and refitted, and special shaped parts are fabricated to drawing.
