Granite Look Decorative Ceramic Finish Board for Interior Feature Walls
In short: The FJ-1101PS is a 30 mm granite look decorative ceramic finish board with a fired-in stone grain, about 7.5 kg/m2, Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624 and 0.6% water absorption, used for interior feature walls and lift lobbies.
A 30 mm granite slab on every interior wall costs load, fixing depth and budget. This granite look decorative ceramic finish board carries the grain of a honed granite slab on a sintered inorganic body, at about 7.5 kg/m² against 70–80 kg/m² for the stone it replaces, so a feature wall reads as stone without the structural question.
The grain is not a film. Mineral pigment is applied on the green body and fired with the ceramic mass, so the pattern sits 0.3–0.5 mm below the sintered skin and survives cutting, drilling and cleaning. Boards are cut to module, which means the grain runs on from wall to return without a visible break.
Core Advantages
- Stone Grain Fired Into the Body: the granite pattern is generated in the ceramic mass, so it does not peel, chalk or fade like a printed or coated surface
- About 7.5 kg/m² at 30 mm: roughly a tenth of a 30 mm granite slab, so plasterboard and blockwork walls need no extra framing
- Class A1 Non-Combustible: the finished board is rated Class A1 to GB 8624, so it can line lobbies, corridors and escape routes without extra fire board
- 0.6% Water Absorption: the closed sintered surface keeps drink, coffee and cleaning water out of the body, which suits foyers and food service areas
- Repeatable Colour: a fixed pigment recipe and firing curve hold the tone inside the approved tolerance on repeat orders and later phases
- Service Temperature to 1200°C: the inorganic body stays dimensionally stable well beyond normal interior conditions

Application
- Hotel lobbies, reception desks and lift lobbies where a stone look is specified on a thin wall
- Office reception and boardroom feature walls with concealed lighting details
- Retail fit-outs where shopfront modules must be repeated floor by floor
- Residential living walls and TV backgrounds on plasterboard or blockwork
- Corridor and stair linings that need a Class A1 surface
- Bathroom and spa feature walls that see regular wet cleaning
Installation & Fixing
On flat plasterboard, blockwork or render, fix with cement-based tile adhesive in full contact plus stainless mechanical anchors at every corner, using a 3–5 mm joint with flexible grout or a dry butt joint on internal work. Prime the back of the board and the substrate, keep the decorated face protected until handover, and allow 24 hours before cleaning. For ceilings and high walls send the layout and we will return a cutting plan and anchor schedule.
Packing
Supplied on pallets, export packing about 621 kg gross per crate at 110 × 92 × 200 cm, loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face.
FAQ
A: Yes, with 0.6% water absorption and a sealed face the board is stable in bathrooms; we still recommend tanking behind the board and sealing the joints with a neutral silicone.
A: The board is far lighter and needs no stone reinforcement or heavy anchors, so installed cost is typically well below a 30 mm granite skin at the same area.
A: MOQ is 2000 m² per order and lead time is 2–3 weeks after deposit and sample approval; phased sites can be shipped in partial lots.
A: Each batch is tested to GB/T 5486, GB 8624 and GB/T 10295, compared with the approved colour sample under daylight, and photographed pallet by pallet before loading.
Send us your wall areas, ceiling heights and target granite reference, and our technical team will return a board schedule, fixing proposal and quotation within two working days.

Quick Answers
A: A 30 mm sintered ceramic panel whose stone grain is fired into the body 0.3-0.5 mm below the surface, so it keeps the granite pattern after cutting and cleaning.
A: Interior feature walls, hotel and office receptions, lift lobbies and corridors that need a Class A1 surface.
A: About 7.5 kg/m2 at 30 mm, against 70-80 kg/m2 for a 30 mm granite slab.
A: No. The pigment is fired with the ceramic mass at 1200C, so there is no film to peel, chalk or fade.
A: MOQ 2000 m2, USD 35-40 per m2, 2-3 weeks after deposit and sample approval.
