Lightweight Large Format Ceramic Facade Board 1200 x 900 mm
In short: The FJ-1005H is a 40 mm large format ceramic facade board at 1200 x 900 mm, about 10 kg/m2 and 1.08 m2 per panel, Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624 with a fired-in stone grain.
Large format panels cut the number of joints, anchors and site hours per square metre, but they also multiply weight and handling risk. This lightweight large format ceramic facade board covers 1.08 m² per panel at 1200 × 900 mm while weighing about 10 kg/m², so two installers can set it without a crane.
Fewer joints means a cleaner elevation and less sealant to maintain. The fired-in stone grain and the Class A1 non-combustible classification mean the same panel satisfies both the visual brief and the fire strategy on the drawing set.
Core Advantages
- 1.08 m² Per Panel: a 1200 × 900 mm module reduces joints, anchors and sealant runs against 600 mm modules
- About 10 kg/m²: the panel stays inside two-person handling limits, so no crane or slab vacuum is needed on the elevation
- Fired-In Stone Grain: mineral pigment sintered into the body below the skin, so the pattern is not a film and survives cutting and weathering
- Class A1 Non-Combustible: inorganic body rated Class A1 to GB 8624, no dripping and no toxic smoke in the furnace test
- Flat and Stable: heat storage coefficient 1.5 W/(m²·K) and a stable fired body keep large modules in plane through summer cycles
- 0.6% Water Absorption: the closed sintered face limits rain penetration and staining on a low-joint elevation

Application
- Long horizontal elevations where joint count drives the visual brief
- Industrial and logistics buildings clad at speed with a stone look
- Soffits and canopies where large panels reduce visible joints overhead
- Stadium and airport interiors with high, uninterrupted wall planes
- Prefabricated facade units built off site in a controlled shop
- Retrofit overclad where site access time is the main constraint
Installation & Fixing
Handling: two installers with a frame-mounted suction cup; store flat on a level pallet. Fix with a ventilated dry-hanging system using a four-point stainless back-groove anchor per panel, rails at 600 mm centres, and a 15–20 mm open joint. Because the module is large, check substrate flatness to ±3 mm over 2 m before setting the first rail, and set anchor positions from the panel centre outwards. Send the elevation and we will return a panel layout, rail setting-out plan and anchor count.
Packing
Packed vertically in export crates with A-frame support, PE film and edge guards, about 621 kg gross per crate at 110 × 92 × 200 cm to keep the module flat in transit. Keep crates vertical on site and never stack panels face to face without an interlayer.
FAQ
A: Yes. At about 10 kg/m² a full panel weighs roughly 11 kg, so two installers set it with a suction cup frame; above 4 m we still recommend a scissor lift.
A: The board is fired flat and tested for dimensional stability, but the finished plane depends on the substrate, so we supply a rail setting-out plan and a flatness tolerance for the wall.
A: MOQ is 2000 m² per order and lead time is 2–3 weeks after deposit and sample approval; phased sites can be shipped in partial lots.
A: Each batch is tested to GB/T 5486, GB 8624 and GB/T 10295, compared with the approved colour sample under daylight, and photographed pallet by pallet before loading.
Send your elevation, module preference and storey height, and we will return a large format layout, fixing plan and quotation within two working days.

Quick Answers
A: A 1200 x 900 mm module cuts joints, anchors and sealant runs compared with 600 mm modules, giving a cleaner elevation.
A: Yes. At about 10 kg/m2 a full panel weighs roughly 11 kg, so it is set by hand or with a suction cup frame.
A: The board is fired flat and tested for stability; final flatness depends on the substrate, so we issue a rail setting-out plan and flatness tolerance.
A: Yes, the large module reduces visible joints overhead, and the body is Class A1 non-combustible.
A: MOQ 2000 m2, USD 35-40 per m2, 2-3 weeks after deposit and sample approval.
