Insulation Grade Sintered Granite Pattern Panel for Ventilated Cavity Cladding
In short: The FJ-1008P is a 45 mm insulation grade granite pattern exterior panel for ventilated cavity cladding, about 11.3 kg/m2, Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624 and 0.064 W/(m.K) at 100C.
A ventilated cavity only works if every layer does its job: the outer skin sheds rain, the cavity drains and dries, and the insulation stays dry behind it. This insulation grade sintered granite pattern exterior panel is made for that assembly at 45 mm, with an inorganic body that adds 0.064 W/(m·K) and real thermal mass to the wall build-up.
Because the panel is Class A1 non-combustible, the outer skin does not feed a cavity fire, which is the failure mode regulators now test for on tall buildings. The 45 mm section also gives enough stiffness for a 1200 × 900 mm module to stay flat across a 600 mm rail spacing without a backing board.
Core Advantages
- Built for Cavity Systems: 45 mm section, 1200 × 900 mm module and 600 mm rail spacing keep panels flat with continuous drainage behind
- Insulating Outer Skin: 0.064 W/(m·K) at 100°C adds thermal resistance instead of a dead decorative layer
- Class A1 Non-Combustible: the skin cannot feed a cavity fire, which matters on high-rise and compartment walls
- Drained and Ventilated: open joints with backer rod and baffles let the cavity breathe, so mineral wool behind stays dry
- 0.6% Water Absorption: rain hitting the face does not soak into the panel and does not reach the insulation
- Stable in Service: pollution resistance Class 3 and chemical resistance Class GLA to JG/T 511 keep the face clean in city air

Application
- Ventilated rainscreen facades on offices, schools and hospitals
- High-rise elevations where the outer skin must be Class A1 non-combustible
- Humid and coastal sites where a drained cavity protects mineral wool
- Energy retrofit overclad with a new drained cavity and insulation layer
- Industrial buildings with a stone look requirement and a steel frame
- Mixed-use podiums where the same panel continues from facade to soffit
Installation & Fixing
Set out the keel from the elevation, keep a 40–60 mm drained and ventilated cavity, and fix each panel with four stainless back-groove anchors at 600 mm rail spacing. Open joints of 15–20 mm with PE backer rod, baffles at the base and fire-stop collars where the cavity crosses a compartment line. Provide weep paths at the base and at every horizontal interruption. Send the system drawing and we will return an anchor schedule, cavity detail and panel layout.
Packing
Supplied on pallets, export packing about 621 kg gross per crate at 110 × 92 × 200 cm, loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers with fumigation-free packing. Store under cover, keep pallets level and avoid point loads on the decorated face.
FAQ
A: 40–60 mm for most elevations: enough to drain and ventilate behind the panel while keeping the insulation thickness inside a normal rail zone.
A: We supply the panels and a fixing layout with anchor positions; the aluminium or zinc-coated steel system is usually sourced locally or from your facade contractor to match wind load calculations.
A: MOQ is 2000 m² per order and lead time is 2–3 weeks after deposit and sample approval; phased sites can be shipped in partial lots.
A: Each batch is tested to GB/T 5486, GB 8624 and GB/T 10295, compared with the approved colour sample under daylight, and photographed pallet by pallet before loading.
Send your system section, wind load and elevation, and we will return a cavity detail, anchor schedule and quotation within two working days.

Quick Answers
A: The panel is fixed on a keel with a 40-60 mm drained and ventilated cavity behind it, so rain is shed and the insulation stays dry.
A: Yes, Class A1 to GB 8624, so the skin cannot feed a cavity fire on high rise or compartment walls.
A: The section keeps a 1200 x 900 mm module flat across 600 mm rail spacing without a backing board, and adds its own thermal resistance.
A: Open joints of 15-20 mm with PE backer rod, baffles at the base and fire-stop collars at compartment lines.
A: MOQ 2000 m2, USD 35-40 per m2, 2-3 weeks after deposit and sample approval.
