Customized Granite Pattern Ceramic Facade Panel Made to Your Drawing
In short: The FJ-1002P is a customized granite pattern ceramic facade panel produced to drawing in bespoke shape, colour and surface, 30-50 mm thick, Class A1 non-combustible to GB 8624.
A design rarely arrives as a 900 × 600 grid. Corners, curves, louvre blades, fascia bands and shadow gaps all need panels that fit the drawing rather than the drawing fitting the panel. This customized granite pattern ceramic facade panel is produced to drawing: bespoke outline, thickness from 30 to 50 mm, bespoke colour and surface hand.
Because the body is formed before firing and the pattern is fired in, special shapes do not lose their face at the cut edge, which is the usual weakness of a printed or laminated board. Colours are matched against your sample or RAL reference, and we return a physical sample board for sign-off before production starts.
Core Advantages
- Bespoke Outline: L-shapes, chamfers, rebates, radii and fascia profiles are formed before firing, so the edge keeps the same face as the front
- Colour Matching: pigment is matched to your stone sample, RAL or project reference, with a physical sample board approved before production
- Surface Options: honed, lightly profiled, bush-hammered look or fine grain, chosen per elevation and per slip requirement
- Thickness 30 to 50 mm: set by the fixing system and wind load, within the standard 30/35/40/45/50 mm range
- Class A1 Non-Combustible: customisation does not change the base chemistry, so the A1 classification still applies to the finished panel
- Drawing Released Product: each order is produced against an approved shop drawing with a defined sample sign-off step before full release

Application
- Facades with bespoke module grids, corner returns and fascia bands
- Angled plan forms where standard modules will not fit
- Signature entrance portals and canopies with a single-material look
- Louvre blades, fins and shadow-gap details formed in ceramic
- Retail and hospitality interiors where colour must match an existing scheme
- Heritage and infill projects where a specific stone reference must be reproduced
Installation & Fixing
Custom panels are fixed on the system defined at design stage, normally a ventilated dry-hanging system with anchors positioned per shop drawing. Because panels are bespoke, installation follows the panel numbering and setting-out plan issued with the crates; do not re-sequence on site. Any site cut must be approved first, as it changes the edge detail. Send drawings in DWG or PDF with the stone reference, and we will return a shop drawing set, sample board and quotation.
Packing
Packed by panel number on export pallets with foam interlayers, edge protection and a packing list matching the shop drawing, about 621 kg gross per crate at 110 × 92 × 200 cm. Special shapes are blocked individually.
FAQ
A: 2000 m² per order for a custom profile or colour with an approved sample, and a single mock-up panel can be produced before the order is placed when a project needs a visual sign-off.
A: A colour-matched sample board is normally ready in 7–10 days; production starts only after you sign it off, and the approved board is kept as the colour reference for every batch.
A: MOQ is 2000 m² per order and lead time is 2–3 weeks after deposit and sample approval; phased sites can be shipped in partial lots.
A: Each batch is tested to GB/T 5486, GB 8624 and GB/T 10295, compared with the approved colour sample under daylight, and photographed pallet by pallet before loading.
Send your drawings, stone reference and quantity by elevation, and we will return a shop drawing set, sample board and quotation within three working days.
