FCA Shipment to Mongolia Completed with Full Quality Control and Professional Support
We recently completed an FCA shipment for our Mongolian client, supplying a full batch of rock wool insulation panels and XPS boards— in total, 4 full truckloads of rock wool panels and 2 truckloads of XPS boards.During this order, several challenges occurred during production, loading, and transport. However, by responding promptly, communicating transparently with the customer, and implementing effective solutions, we ensured the entire shipment was delivered smoothly and professionally.

1. Forklift Damage — Immediate Action & Customer Recognition
At the beginning of loading, several rock wool panels were accidentally damaged by the factory forklift. We took immediate action to resolve the issue:
Actions taken:
- Strengthened on-site guidance for forklift operators
- Replaced all damaged panels
- Informed the customer promptly with photos
- Provided additional panels to compensate
Result:
The customer highly appreciated our honesty and professionalism, noting that we always prioritize the client’s interests.

2. Slag Ball Appearance on Rock Wool — Process Explanation & QC Enhancement
Some panels showed slag ball marks, which are occasional by-products of the manufacturing process.Although these do not affect performance, we still addressed the appearance concern proactively.
Actions taken:
- Explained the cause clearly to the customer
- Enhanced quality control to remove panels with poor appearance
- Added extra panels to ensure full usable quantity
Result:
The client recognized our strict QC and proactive communication, giving positive feedback.

3. Pallet Requirement for XPS & Rock Wool — Customized Solution
In China, XPS boards and rock wool panels are usually shipped without pallets.
However, the customer and their freight forwarder required pallets for easier loading and unloading.
Actions taken:
- Formed a temporary team to design and test pallet solutions
- Developed pallet manufacturing and assembly plans
- Guided the factory to produce and load pallets according to requirements
Result:
The final palletized shipment fully met the customer’s needs and passed inspection smoothly, after some trials(the left pic shows our first trial, where pallet breaks).

4. XPS Panel Transportation — Proactive Protection for All Cargo
During loading and transport, we noticed that tightening straps on the truck could potentially damage the XPS boards.
Action taken:
To prevent scratches or compression, our team proactively placed additional XPS panels on the surface of each pallet as cushioning, at no extra cost to the customer.
Result:
1.This precaution proved highly effective — all XPS boards arrived intact.
2.The customer appreciated our proactive approach and attention to detail, reinforcing confidence in our professional service.
